This month is microgreens month on the farm. We are planting microgreens of many sorts, and will be not only supporting the local community but hopefully our local chefs. Deciding which microgreens to grow has been a fun and decidedly girlie argument between the power of three girls. Lol!! Lori is definitely in the sunflower seeds and peas camp! I am in the broccoli and fresh salads camp and Cass is busy choosing the rarist of all microgreens in her never ending quest to be rare and unique.
